Piloteers is a tech firm. We build architecture, graph design, and production systems at the intersection of retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge graphs. Ten years of building behind us, several ventures founded, operated, and exited — which shapes how we build tech: for a business model, not for its own sake.
We mostly work as a technical partner — from first architecture to production. When a venture asks for more, we go deeper: co-found, advise on the business model, operate. The depth is set by the venture, not by our default.

Most teams throw bigger models at problems that get decided one layer below them. Whether an answer holds up rarely turns on parameter count, and almost always on how information is structured, connected, and made retrievable — on what sits beneath the model, not what runs inside it.
That layer is what we build. A composition of retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge graphs that does not only produce answers, but justifies them — a reasoning substrate that exposes sources, edges, and decision paths, and stays auditable under scrutiny.
